According to data from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as of the end of June 2026, China’s intelligent computing capacity had reached 2,185 EFLOPS, while the overall utilization rate of computing infrastructure stood at 71.4%.

The 3,200W CRPS air-cooled server power supply achieves a power density of 100W/in³ and 80 PLUS Titanium-level efficiency. It also supports EDPP and can withstand peak power of up to 1.6 times its rated output, effectively handling GPU pulse loads and ensuring stable system operation.

The 5,500W CRPS air-cooled server power supply features a 54V output and achieves 96.5% efficiency at 50% load, providing a more compact power solution for high-power GPU servers. It also supports online hot-swapping of power modules for greater maintenance flexibility.

To meet the liquid-cooling requirements of high-power-density AI servers, BOCO Electronics has introduced a 3,500W CRPS liquid-cooled GaN server power supply.
